79-year-old man subacute anterior myocardial infarction treated with PCI+DES on the mid left anterior descending artery. Residual lesions at the bifurcation of the left main coronary artery in the left anterior descending artery and left circumflex. At echo pericardial effusion but no clinical signs of tamponade. A cardiac CT was performed.
