The Bull’s eye showed a big area of hypoperfusion after stress (involved LAD, LCX and RCA territories; SSS 37) and a normal perfusion at rest (SRS 1). The last polar plot indicated the huge ischemic area (reversibility) with the involvement of multi-vessel territory.
